Description

The GY-VL53L0XV2 VL53L0X Time-of-Flight (ToF) Laser Distance Sensor Module is a compact distance-measuring sensor designed for accurate, non-contact distance detection. Using a 940nm infrared laser emitter and Time-of-Flight technology, the sensor measures the distance to an object by determining how long the emitted light takes to return to the sensor. Unlike conventional ultrasonic sensors, it uses light rather than sound, making it suitable for compact and fast-response applications. The module communicates with microcontrollers through the I²C/IIC interface, making it easy to integrate with Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi and other development platforms.
