Description
The 20mm 2.4MHz Ultrasonic Mist Maker Piezoelectric Ceramic Disc is a replacement atomizing transducer designed for ultrasonic humidifiers, foggers, mist makers and other atomization systems. Operating at approximately 2.4MHz, the piezoelectric ceramic element vibrates at ultrasonic frequency to break water into extremely fine droplets, producing a cool mist without using a heating element. This makes it suitable for humidification, decorative fog effects, hydroponics, indoor growing systems and DIY ultrasonic mist-generation projects. With a diameter of approximately 20mm, the atomizer disc is compact and can be integrated into compatible ultrasonic driver circuits and existing humidifier assemblies. Important: This is the piezoelectric atomizer disc/transducer only. It requires a compatible 2.4MHz ultrasonic driver circuit to operate and should not be connected directly to a DC power supply.

| The atomizing disc cannot operate directly from 5V, 12V, 24V or another DC supply. A properly designed 2.4MHz ultrasonic oscillator/driver circuit is required to excite the piezoelectric element. | |
| For best performance, the atomizing surface should also be installed at the correct water level according to the design of the mist-maker assembly. |
